    Made from 100% own vines from the San Juanito vineyards. Production was limited to 6,000 bottles. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and bottled with natural cork.

    This fresh wine captures the essence of the region's fruit-forward character and showcases its acidity and pristine raspberry flavors, untouched by oak, thanks to its youth and exclusive aging in stainless steel tanks.

    Amanecer displays a deep, inviting purple hue, signaling the wine's youthful and fresh character. The aroma is a symphony of bright red and black fruits, featuring prominent notes of ripe blackberries, cherries, and hints of plums. On the palate, this Malbec delivers a burst of pure fruitiness with no interference from oak influence and presents a silky, medium-bodied texture. It maintains its lively acidity and smooth tannins.

    It pairs delightfully with Mexican cuisine, such as tacos or enchiladas.
