Shipping policy

Your packages will be delivered within Germany by DHL. 

We typically deliver your order within 1-3 working days after receiving it. Orders over 100 euros qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, there is a shipping fee of 6,50 Euro. 

For deliveries to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, we deliver within 5-7 days. Orders over 200 euros qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, there is a shipping fee of 19,50 Euro. Please note that taxes and duties may apply for deliveries outside of Germany.

Our offer is exclusively for customers of legal age (18+). Upon delivery of your order, the delivery person will conduct an age verification. Please ensure that your package is received by an adult.

If you would like to return an item, please send a short message to info@uvasdemexico.de. You will then receive a shipping label which you can use to return the item free of charge. Nevertheless, we would of course be pleased to hear the reason for the return in order to maintain and optimise our quality standards in the long term.
