    Made from 100% own vines from the Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the grapes were destemmed and crushed at 15°C. The harvest was limited to 5,000 kg. per ha and bottled with natural cork. Bright yellow with golden highlights. Candied citrus rind, red apple, nectarine; centifolia perfume, hints of orange blossom and honeysuckle. Creamy, mineral, medium acidity and a long, balanced finish.
