    Made with 100% own vines from the Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards with a pre-fermentation maceration and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 20 and 28°C. The harvest was limited to 6,000 kg. per ha and the wine was bottled with natural cork. Deep purple with Mexican pink hues. Intense ripe black and blue fruits; hints of violets, figs, cocoa, sweet spices, pepper and toasted vanilla. Round tannins, great freshness, minerality and roundness on a very long and complex finish.
