    Made from 100% own vines from the vineyards of Monte Xanic, discover the Calixa Ensamble Blanco 2020, a delightful white wine blended from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Colombard grapes.

    Visually, it impresses with its clean, brilliant appearance and a straw-yellow hue in the centre of the glass. With a balanced aroma, this wine captivates with expressions of peach, apricot, nectarine, pineapple, orange blossom, and citrus nuances like grapefruit and lime. Dry and well-structured, the wine confirms its aromatic profile on the palate, emphasising floral and fresh citrus notes, particularly lime and pineapple. It is gentle yet lively, unveiling refreshing crispness with a medium-high acidity.

    Versatile in pairing, it perfectly complements a variety of dishes, including cheese fondue, tuna salad, shrimp cocktail, and roasted chicken.
