    Made with 100% own vines from Los Tajos vineyards. It was fermented in barrels and bottled with natural cork. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 4 to 6 months in 4 or 5-use barrels. It has a golden colour with an orange rim. The first notes on the nose are citrus, such as orange and lemon peel. When opened in the glass, secondary aromas of fermentation can be perceived, such as a milky note, given by the barrel fermentation. It has a balanced acidity and good body. In the aftertaste it presents a milky note, dried fruits and toasted bread found in the nose.
